Bacon–Honey Mustard Potato Salad


  • 1/4 cup Marie’s® Honey Mustard Dressing
  • 14 oz. red potatoes, cooked and diced
  • 2.65 oz. bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 2.65 oz. celery, small-diced
  • 2.65 oz. onion, small-diced
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 Tbsp. thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)


  1. In a clean bowl, add all ingredients except salt and pepper; combine well.
  2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Place in a clean storage container and hold for service chilled.
