BLT and Avocado Caesar Salad


  • 10 oz. Marie’s® Creamy Caesar Dressing
  • 24 each romaine lettuce leaves
  • 12 oz. thick-cut bacon, cooked and large-diced
  • 8 oz. tomatoes, small-diced
  • 8 oz. red onion, small-diced
  • 8 oz. green onion, sliced
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese croutons
  • 2 each avocadoes, diced


  1. Toss romaine leaves in dressing; arrange them on the plate in an abstract design.
  2. In a large bowl, combine bacon, tomatoes, red onion, green onion and croutons; toss well and place atop the romaine leaves.
  3. Place diced avocado in the center of the salad.
