Buffalo Blue Cheese Burgers

Ingredients

• 8 oz. Marie’s^® Super Blue Cheese Dressing
• 4 each (8-oz.) buffalo burger patties stuffed with blue cheese crumbles
• Salt and pepper (to taste)
• 4 each hamburger buns
• 8 each tomato, slices
• 4 each onion, slices

Preparations

1. Season burger patties with salt and pepper on both sides. Place on a hot broiler and cook to an internal temperature of 155ºF.
2. Toast buns; place a cooked burger on the bottoms and cover with sliced tomatoes and onion.
3. Drizzle the 2 oz. of blue cheese dressing over the top of the buns and cover the burgers.
