Country Meatloaf Salad

Ingredients

  • 10 oz. Marie’s® Super Blue Cheese Dressing
  • 8 cups mesclun mix
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 4 cups french fries
  • 1 cup bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup carrots, julienne
  • 1 cup corn, roasted
  • 24 oz. prepared meatloaf, 1-inch cubes

Preparations

  1. Mix all ingredients except meatloaf together; combine well and place in a serving bowl.
  2. Heat meatloaf on the grill to an internal temperature of 165ºF.
  3. Place meatloaf in the center of the salad.
