Falafel Lavash Wrap

Ingredients

• 10 oz. Marie’s® Creamy Ranch Dressing
• 4 portions falafel mix
• 1 cup cucumber, diced
• 4 each tomatoes, diced
• 1 each red onion, thinly sliced
• 1 cup flat-leaf parsley, chopped
• 1 tsp. sumac
• Kosher salt (to taste)
• 20 each soft lavash bread
• 4 cups hummus
• 1 cup harissa

Preparations

1. Prepare falafel according to package instructions.
2. In a bowl, toss cucumber, tomato, red onion and parsley. Season with sumac and a pinch of salt.
3. Toast lavash in a large frying pan. For each wrap, layer hummus, cucumber mixture and 3 pieces of falafel. Drizzle with harissa and dressing.
