Grilled Kale Caesar Salad


  • 1 cup Marie’s® Creamy Caesar Dressing
  • 12 each large kale leaves
  • 2 Tbsp. light olive oil
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, shaved
  • 1/3 cup parsley, roughly chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush kale leaves with olive oil and place onto grill. Cook until crispy and edges are charred.
  3. Plate kale leaves; drizzle dressing over the top and add croutons.
  4. Garnish with shaved Parmesan and chopped parsley. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
