  • 10 oz. Marie’s® Blueberry Pomegranate Vinaigrette
  • 2 cups beets, roasted and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 cups oranges, peeled and cut into half-slices
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup carrots, julienne
  • 8 cups mesclun mix
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbles
  • 1/4 cup roasted sunflower seeds


  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine roasted beets, oranges, blueberries, carrots and dressing; toss well.
  2. Arrange mesclun on bottom of a serving container; stack dressed salad on top to create height.
  3. Garnish with feta cheese and sunflower seeds.
