Ingredients
3/4 cup Marie’s
®
Creamy Avocado Poblano Dressing
2 cups grilled steak, diced 1/2-inch
1-1/2 cups orzo pasta, cooked
3/4 cup black beans, canned and cleaned
1/2 cup pear tomatoes, diced 1/2-inch
1/2 cup roasted corn
1/4 cup red peppers, diced
1/4 cup carrots, julienne
4 cups romaine lettuce, shredded
3/4 cup Cotija cheese, crumbled
Preparations
Mix all ingredients together except romaine lettuce and ¼ cup of the Cotija cheese; combine well.
Place romaine lettuce onto a serving dish and top with mixed ingredients. Garnish with remaining Cotija cheese.
