COUNTRY DIJON HONEY MUSTARD DRESSING + DIP
Steak and Roasted Potato Salad
Yield: 4 servings
Country Dijon Honey Mustard Dressing + Dip
10 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
3 cups roasted potatoes, quartered
½ cup green beans, cooked, halved
½ cup tomatoes, diced
24 oz. grilled steak, cooked medium, sliced
½ cup crispy onion strings
¼ cup chopped parsley
In a mixing bowl, toss all of the ingredients together except for the cooked steak, onion strings and parsley.
Plate the salad on each serving dish, arranging sliced steak on top.
Sprinkle the salad with onion strings and garnish with parsley.
